How can you have a meaningful vigil when you know there are names yet to be announced?

It was concerning to me that so many people were scared and without an answer and felt alone in this. The community is the hero here, that's it. This was something that hasn't happened in our city before. We knew that people were missing and we knew that we didn't have the right answers but nobody was coming to us with anything.

The positive that we can get out of this is to bring Toronto Police Service, kicking and streaming, into the 21st century.
