Welcome to Sully's. I know the aura that I felt when I first walked into Sully's Gym back when I was 16 years old, almost 17. You know, it was like walking into a temple. There's an aura to this place. It's grimy, this is boxing. This is old school boxing. This is where it comes from, this is how it started. It's a lot different from the regular modern day boxing gym because of the fact that if you look around, you can give you a remnants of the Rocky days, Ali days, the olden days. They keep the old tradition alive, definitely and you walk into this gym, you just know it's not like a regular gym. It stinks. I always tell people, say "You guys you see that man over there? You guys thank him for keeping the gym open," you know, because sometimes, I don't know how we do it, you know what I mean? When I went to the gym, you know, I chose Sully's. I searched up what's the best boxing gym and and I went there and I just chose it and when I went there, it was it was, like I said, like I found true love. You know, it was like, it was so amazing because I stepped in that gym and I felt like I was good at something, you know. Like, I had a passion and like, then I could just let loose all the anger that happened in my life. If it wasn't for this gym, I think I'd be dead already. It continues to make an impact on the youth and whoever's willing to change their situation, be it negative or whatnot. I mean, it's here they will never leave that name and the legacy of community and change and strength it will always be connected.
